- 1 pack of instant or egg noodles
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3–5 bird’s eye chilies, chopped
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 sausage or 2 meatballs, sliced (optional)

- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
