Ingredients

  • 1 pack of instant or egg noodles
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3–5 bird’s eye chilies, chopped
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1 sausage or 2 meatballs, sliced (optional)
  • Vegetables (cabbage/spinach)
  • 1 stalk green onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions
